This Privacy Policy explains how Zuantix (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects and processes information when you use Zuantix — our AI Business Operating System — including the website, web app, mobile apps, and related services (together, the “Service”).

1. Information we collect

Account & organization

• Name, email, phone number, and login credentials
• Company / organization profile (name, industry, goals, subscription plan)
• Team members you invite and roles you assign

Business content you provide

• Documents, assessments, goals, integrations metadata, and similar inputs
• Messages you send to AI Coach and other AI features
• Showcase, networking, and directory information you choose to publish

Usage & device

• Log data, approximate location (from IP), device/app version, and diagnostics
• Push notification tokens when you enable notifications

2. How we use information

• Provide, secure, and improve the Service
• Run BPI diagnosis, recommendations, coaching, and other AI features you request
• Process subscriptions, onboarding fees, and support requests
• Send operational emails/SMS/OTP and important product notices
• Comply with law and enforce our Terms of Service

3. AI processing

Some features send prompts and business context to third-party AI providers (for example Anthropic Claude, or other providers configured by our administrators) to generate responses. Do not submit data you are not authorized to process. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Sharing

We may share information with:

• Infrastructure and AI vendors who process data on our instructions
• Payment / billing partners when you purchase a plan
• Authorities when required by law
• Other users in your organization according to roles you set
• Public directory/showcase surfaces only when you choose to publish

5. Retention & security

We retain account and organization data while your account is active and as needed for legal, billing, and security purposes. We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

6. Your choices

• Update profile and organization data in the app
• Disable push notifications in device settings
• Request access, correction, or deletion by emailing support@zuantix.com

If you are in a region with additional privacy rights, contact us and we will respond as required.

7. Children

Zuantix is a business product intended for adults and organizations. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.

8. Mobile apps

Our Android and iOS apps use the same practices described here. Permissions (such as internet access and notifications) are used only to operate the Service.

9. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
